Wow, it's been over a month since I blogged last. The month of April has FLOWN by. April consisted of a nice week of spring break, many late nights, swimming lessons for me, and a lot of running.
Spring break we didn't do much except get the house clean and get all caught up on doctor and dentist appointments and other than that just get some much needed R&R time. All of the late nights were Brian's fault!! He had many big tests, assignments, and being on-call with a gastrointestinal doctor. He loved going with the doctor except for the colonoscopies. Those pretty much made him decide he wouldn't be that kind of doctor. He just finished up all of his finals, no his next big project his applying to Med School!!! Yeah!! I'm so proud of all of the hard work he's put in to finally get to this point. It's been a looooong road. Hopefully he'll get in his first try, but if not he'll try again the next year.
Yes, I was in swimming lessons. I took 4 weeks of swimming lessons from the top triathlete in Utah. He was awesome!!! I'm training for my first triathlon which will be at the end of June and also the Utah Valley Half Marathon at the beginning of June. What a great way to kick off the summer!!
Bentley is growing like a weed. I can't believe how big he is. He absolutely loves preschool and is extremely excited for kindergarten. I can't believe I registered my baby for kindergarten. I honestly almost started to cry. I'm excited that he'll be at the school with me everyday. He's so glad that it's getting warm outside. He could spend hours outside just making up his own games and riding his new bike that he got from the Easter Bunny. I'll blog those pictures soon.

Go Brian with med school, and go Apryl with your triathalon! Good luck to both of ya!
Apryl - you're awesome! I'm so impressed. I keep thinking I will start running but that's just it - I think it. Someday...
Tell Brian good luck with med school!
Wow! I'm so impressed with your running and athletic skills!! I'm excited to hear about the big events. I hope you have to go to med school in Houston!!!
Kindergarten? No way!
I don't care for kindergarten! It just means kids are growing up and getting big and are going to have homework for 13 years!!!!! But...you are right, at least he will be at the school with you. I loved having Macilynne there this year.
By the way, good luck on your triathalon. I admire you!
